How To Return

We ask you to please return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in unused and resalable condition, and you the consumer shown to have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery. This excludes custom-made items and items purchased in our Sample Sale, which are non-returnable.

To return to us, we request that your package includes a copy of your invoice or proof of order number. 

We suggest to send your return tracked and retain your receipt as your proof. Should any returned parcel be lost, this can be used to lodge your claim to the courier company. Please be reminded that for a lost parcel you need to lodge your claim with your nominated postal service, Lilith and Selene will not be obligated to deal with this.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed from the day we receive them. You will receive confirmation of your refund/exchange once your return has been processed. All refunds will be issued back to the same card/Paypal account the transaction was made from. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note - Returned goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. Please keep hold of your proof of postage which shows the returns address, as this will insure the goods on their way back to us.

 

Returning from outside the UK?

Customs declarations for all International (Including the EU as of 1st Jan 2021) returns must be marked 'Returned goods. No commercial value'.
