How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, once order has been placed, we are unable to amend your order. We recommend that you place an additional order with any further items that you wish to purchase.

I've received my items but they aren't right, how do I return them?

Can I make an exchange?

Due to our sustainable stance, we only carry a small amount of stock at any one time. If you wish to exchange something, we recommend returning the item to us and placing an additional order for the desired item(s) to ensure we have them in stock.

What is your jewellery made from?

 All of our jewellery is made from 18K gold vermeil - read more about our Materials here.

I'm not sure of my ring size - how do I find out?

Our ring sizes come in Small, Medium and Large. This is to make sure that our rings can fit as many people as possible, while also being true to our sustainable ethos. Please consult our Size Guide (here) on further guidance on fit.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually try to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of you placing your order. Any orders placed after 11pm Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow for longer dispatch times during busy periods such as Christmas. For more details on delivery times, visit our Shipping page here.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to select European countries, USA, Canada and Australia. We hope to open this up to more countries as we expand. Find our full list of countries and cost on our Shipping page here.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can shop with us without creating an account. If you do hold an account with us, this means quicker shopping. To create an account, simply click on ‘Register’ to fill in your details.

What Payment Methods do you take?
